As a landlord you are responsible for the safety of your tenants. All gas appliances must be working correctly and you must ensure they are guarded against the dangers of carbon monoxide.
Five Oax, as Gas Safe registered heating and gas engineers, can provide you with a landlord gas safety certificate. We can offer this as a stand alone service, or at a reduced rate at the same time as a boiler service.
